The story
Omago started with a simple observation: small businesses everywhere — restaurants, clinics, service providers — were losing leads every single night. A customer would visit their website at 9pm with a question. Nobody was there to answer. The customer left. The business never knew they came.
The tools that existed were either too expensive, too complex, or designed for enterprise teams with dedicated IT staff. A restaurant owner shouldn’t need a developer to set up a chatbot. A clinic manager shouldn’t need a 6-week implementation timeline.
